In a detailed letter written to the agency by Tuffsteel limited on the 14th ofAugust 2026,Dr Ayub Khan the director of quckhard steem international limited ,has been sermoned and ordered to record statements on behalf of the company even as the investigations begins.
In the letter,Stuffsteel is accusing Dr Khan through his company that they were supplied goods and services worth ksh eighteen million, two hundred and forty two thousand, and seventy four cents (ksh 18,242,074.00) but never paid back the money but instead, they issued several bad cheques that were later rejected by the bank.
Stuffsteel company also want Dr Khan,his company and associates be charged with criminal offence including giving false information contrary to Section 315 of the criminal procedure code Cpc .
Already the Milimani high court division has issues orders seeking to freeze Dr Khan’s company Quickhard steam international limited accounts pending the hearing and determination of the case.
