As Zedekiah Mukoya turns 30, the founder and CEO of Wave 360 Africa is marking more than a personal milestone he is reflecting on a journey of entrepreneurship, leadership and building a business with an expanding East African footprint.
Founded in 2022, Wave 360 Africa has grown into a 360-degree communications and marketing company working across strategy, creative, digital, experiential marketing, events and brand storytelling. Its outlook has since expanded beyond Kenya, including Uganda, as the company continues positioning itself within the wider East African market.
Mukoya’s journey into business was preceded by a background in law and student leadership, experiences that helped shape his approach to communication, negotiation and people centred leadership.
In just three years, the agency’s work has reached major brands, institutions, public events and different sectors of the economy. Its recent work at the Nairobi International Trade Fair further demonstrated the company’s growing presence within Kenya’s experiential marketing space.

But for Mukoya, turning 30 represents more than business growth.

“I enter 30 as a CEO still building, a leader still learning, a friend still present, a husband still loving, and above everything, a father determined to leave behind something greater than myself.”
The journey has come with wins, sacrifices, difficult seasons and lessons reinforcing his belief that entrepreneurship is built not simply on ideas, but on consistency, resilience, relationships and the courage to keep going.
As he enters his third decade, the focus now shifts from simply building a business to building lasting impact across people, brands and markets.
“Three floors down. Still becoming.”
