More than 200 Maono Lands clients have received title deeds, marking a major step in their journey to secure land ownership and underscoring the growing importance of proper documentation in property investment.

The title deed handover, announced by Maono Lands Limited chief executive officer Kinyua Wairatu, represents one of the company’s latest milestones as it seeks to turn land-buying aspirations into legally documented investments.

Mr Wairatu said the issuance of the documents was a fulfilment of the company’s commitment to its clients, noting that acquiring land goes beyond making a purchase and requires buyers to secure proof of ownership.

“Today marks another milestone at Maono Lands as we proudly issued over 200 title deeds to our valued clients,” Mr Wairatu said.

He said the company was grateful to customers who had continued to place their trust in Maono Lands, adding that the confidence had encouraged the firm to remain focused on delivering on its commitments.

The handover comes at a time when land remains a major investment option for many Kenyans, with buyers increasingly keen on securing documentation for properties they purchase.

For the new landowners, the title deeds mark the transition from simply having invested in property to having formal documentation of their ownership.

Mr Wairatu described the title deed as an important instrument that provides security for an investment while creating an asset that can be preserved for future generations.

“A title deed is more than just a document. It is security, investment and a legacy for generations to come,” he said.

He congratulated the more than 200 beneficiaries, saying the achievement should give them confidence as they plan the next phase of developing or holding their properties as long-term investments.

The CEO also said the company remained committed to supporting its clients through the land ownership process, from investment to documentation.

The latest development places emphasis on one of the critical stages of property ownership—ensuring that buyers receive the necessary documentation after acquiring land.

Mr Wairatu said the company would continue working towards making land ownership accessible to more Kenyans while maintaining its focus on fulfilling commitments made to clients.

“To all our new landowners, congratulations on this achievement. May your investment bring growth, prosperity and peace of mind,” he said.

Based at Thika Victory Plaza, Maono Lands Limited has continued to market land ownership as a pathway to investment and long-term wealth creation.

For the latest beneficiaries, however, the significance of the milestone is more immediate: they now have title deeds to demonstrate ownership of their investments and assets they can build on for years to come.
