Kenyan organisations that have demonstrated excellence in the production of goods and delivery of services were recognised during the Kenya Quality Awards 2026, with winners honoured across different categories.
The awards, organised to promote a culture of quality, brought together organisations ranging from micro enterprises to large corporations, highlighting efforts to improve standards and competitiveness in the Kenyan market.
The awards recognised excellence in key categories including Product of the Year, Service Organisation of the Year for both the private and public sectors, as well as the Overall Company of the Year award.
Organisations that emerged as runners-up were also recognised for their contribution towards improving quality standards and strengthening service delivery in their respective sectors.
The awards provide a platform for recognising businesses and institutions that have incorporated quality practices into their operations while contributing to the growth and competitiveness of the economy.
The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) said the recognition reflects the importance of maintaining high standards in products and services as Kenyan businesses seek to compete both locally and in international markets.

The agency said promoting quality across different levels of enterprise is critical to strengthening consumer confidence and supporting the growth of local industries.
The recognition of micro enterprises alongside larger corporations also highlighted the role businesses of different sizes play in advancing quality standards across the country.
Through the awards, organisations are encouraged to continuously improve their processes, products and services while adopting practices that meet established quality requirements.
KEBS reaffirmed its commitment to promoting a culture of quality among Kenyan businesses and institutions as part of efforts to enhance the competitiveness of locally produced goods and services.
The agency said stronger adherence to quality standards would help Kenyan products and services gain greater acceptance in both domestic and global markets.
The Kenya Quality Awards therefore serve as a platform for celebrating organisations that have demonstrated commitment to quality while encouraging others to strengthen their own standards.
The 2026 winners and runners-up were congratulated for their achievements, with their efforts recognised as an inspiration to industry and a contribution towards Kenya’s broader economic growth.
