As the year enters its final months, property developer Wilstone Homes is encouraging Kenyans looking to build long-term wealth to consider turning their savings and financial plans into tangible property before 2026 comes to an end.
The developer, which has expanded its footprint across some of Kenya’s rapidly growing residential corridors, says the remaining months of the year provide an opportunity for prospective homeowners and investors to review their financial goals and take deliberate steps towards property ownership.
At the centre of the drive is Managing Director Ejidio Kinyanjui, who says property investment should be approached as a long-term decision rather than a short-term financial commitment.
“Real estate is about planning for tomorrow while making the right decisions today. The remaining months of the year give Kenyans an opportunity to look at what they have achieved financially and consider putting part of it into an asset that can serve them and their families for years to come,” Mr Kinyanjui said.
Wilstone Homes has in recent months maintained an active development programme, with projects including Manna Residence, Manna Annex, Manna Residence Commercial Centre, White Park 2, Aberdare 1, Windsor Court, Windsor Annex, Brookview, Batian, Ridgefront Gardens, as well as the Elgon and Lenana developments.
Manna Residence in Ruiru remains one of the company’s flagship developments. The project has been described as Wilstone’s largest single housing development, reflecting the developer’s growing focus on large-scale communities that combine residential living with supporting commercial facilities.
The company has also continued engaging prospective buyers through investor site clinics, giving clients an opportunity to visit developments, inspect construction progress and interact with the team overseeing the projects. An Aberdare 1 investors’ site clinic held in August was among the latest such engagements.

Kinyanjui says such engagement is important because property buyers want to see progress and understand what they are purchasing before committing their money.
“We want our clients to be part of the journey. They should be able to see the developments, ask questions and understand the value they are acquiring. For us, transparency and delivery are central to building lasting confidence,” he said.
Wilstone’s portfolio has grown from earlier developments such as Willstone Estate, Grandview Estate, Ace Park, Brookview, Ridgeview, Ridgefront Gardens, Avana, White Park and the Windsor series. The company says it has delivered more than 20 housing developments, with recent handovers including Elgon and Lenana estates along the Kenyatta Road corridor.
The developer’s latest push comes at a time when more Kenyans are looking beyond traditional saving and seeking tangible assets that can contribute to long-term financial security.
For Kinyanjui, the decision to buy property should, however, be based on affordability, location, construction quality and the buyer’s long-term objectives.
“Every buyer must do their due diligence and choose a property that fits their financial position and future plans. Our responsibility as a developer is to provide quality developments and give our clients confidence in the journey from purchase to homeownership,” he said.
With the year gradually drawing to a close, Wilstone Homes is positioning the remaining months of 2026 as a period for Kenyans to move from simply planning to own property to taking practical steps towards achieving that goal.
The company says its expanding portfolio, continued construction activity and direct engagement with buyers are part of its wider effort to make homeownership and property investment accessible to more Kenyans.
