Nairobi hotel earns Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best recognition based on guest reviews
Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton has been named among the world’s top-rated properties in Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best for 2026.
The recognition places the Nairobi hotel among the top 1 per cent of listings globally on Tripadvisor, the highest level of recognition in the platform’s annual awards.
Unlike awards based solely on industry judging panels, the Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best distinction is determined by reviews and ratings submitted by Tripadvisor users who have visited the properties and shared first-hand experiences over a 12-month period.
The award therefore provides a measure of how travelers have rated their experiences at Kwetu Nairobi, from hospitality and service to the overall stay.

Glauser said the recognition was an honour shared with the hotel’s guests and employees.
Tripadvisor Chief Communications Officer Laurel Greatrix congratulated Kwetu Nairobi on the award, noting that earning a place among the highest-rated properties globally reflects the experiences travelers choose to share through their reviews.
“Earning a place among the top percentage of listings globally is no small feat,” Greatrix said. “It reflects the lasting impression made on travelers who took the time to go online and leave a glowing review about their experience.”
She added that travelers use Tripadvisor’s Best of the Best rankings as a guide when choosing destinations and experiences.
