Teso South parliamentary aspirant Peter Imwatok has assured residents that he will deliver on his promises and transform the constituency through development-oriented leadership.
Speaking at Pentecostal Harvest Cathedral Church (PHCC), Imwatok criticized incumbent MP Mary Emase, accusing her of failing to deliver meaningful development projects and leaving the constituency behind.
“We are watching and planning keenly to ensure that she exits office very early because she has failed extensively to bring this constituency up in terms of development,” he said.
Imwatok argued that Teso South has immense potential but requires focused leadership to unlock economic opportunities and improve public services.
In a separate forum, the Nairobi County Assembly Majority Leader also cautioned Emase against engaging in what he termed as divisive and hateful politics ahead of the 2027 General Election.
“I am blended in so many ways. Let us not go down that route because I can lock you up in every corner of this country. You had your time, but you have failed to deliver,” he added.
