Telovi Horizon Investment, a real estate consulting firm specializing in market advisory and land acquisitions, is steadily expanding its presence across Kenya and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as it positions itself to serve both local and international investors.

Founded in 2017 in Nairobi, the company began operations as Telovi Arts and Decor, an interior design firm.

Violet Mwendwa a sole Director in Nairobi said over time, it evolved into a full-service real estate consultancy, responding to growing investor demand for professional guidance in property acquisition and development.

In 2022, the firm took a strategic step beyond the Kenyan market, with its founder relocating to Dubai to explore opportunities in the international real estate space,” Mwendwa said.

She said the move marked a turning point for Telovi Horizon Investment, enabling it to tap into one of the world’s fastest-growing and most competitive property markets.

She said Dubai’s status as a global investment hub has attracted investors from around the world, driven by sustained growth in the real estate sector.

” During this period, the firm gained in-depth knowledge of the market and established strong partnerships with leading developers”, she said.

Mwendwa noted that today, Telovi Horizon Investment works closely with what it describes as the country’s top-tier real estate developers, facilitating sales across a range of property segments.

The Director said in the UAE, the firm has been involved in joint-venture land sales, high-end apartments in central locations, villas in established residential communities, and a wide range of off-plan developments.

She said Key markets include Dubai Marina, Creek Harbour, Al Furjan, Dubai South, Dubai Land, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), as well as projects in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Meydan, which the firm has identified as a priority investment destination due to its growth potential.

Back home in Kenya, Telovi Horizon Investment operates under a sole director, supported by a team of five based in Nairobi.
The company is currently expanding its local reach by recruiting real estate agents in various cities across the country.

In Nairobi, the firm collaborates with an extensive network of property developers offering off-plan apartment projects in areas such as Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, and Kileleshwa, alongside high-end residential homes in neighborhoods including Karen, Runda, Kitisuru, and Membley. Its primary target market for apartments includes local investors, young professionals, and foreign buyers.

Across both Kenya and the United Arab Emirates, property developers remain a key focus for land acquisition partnerships, as Telovi Horizon Investment continues to bridge investors with opportunities in dynamic real estate markets.
