Samsung Electronics has extended its dominance in the global commercial display market, securing the No. 1 position for the 17th consecutive year.

According to industry research firm , Samsung recorded a 35.2% global market share by unit sales in 2025, reaffirming its leadership in the fast-evolving business-to-business (B2B) display sector.

Since first claiming the top spot in 2009, Samsung has consistently strengthened its presence in commercial display solutions. In 2025, the company achieved a new milestone, shipping over 2.5 million units, marking its highest annual sales to date.

Driving Innovation in Business Displays

Samsung’s continued success is anchored in its focus on next-generation signage that blends cutting-edge display technology with cloud and AI-powered solutions across industries including retail, corporate offices, education and hospitality.

Among its standout innovations is the Spatial Signage display, which delivers immersive 3D content in a sleek 52mm profile. The product has already earned global recognition, winning both a CES 2026 Innovation Award and an iF Design Award 2026, signaling Samsung’s leadership in design and enterprise technology.

The company is also pushing sustainability through its Color E-Paper lineup, designed as an ultra-low power alternative to traditional printed posters. Notably, the 13-inch Color E-Paper is the world’s first commercial display to incorporate bio-resin derived from phytoplankton, alongside 45% recycled plastic in its housing. This innovation reduces carbon emissions by over 40% compared to conventional materials.

Expanding Large-Format and AI Capabilities

Samsung’s portfolio continues to expand with extra-large format displays tailored for high-impact environments. These include:

  • 105-inch QPDX-5K display
  • 115-inch QHFX model
  • Upcoming 130-inch Micro RGB signage (QPHX model)

Beyond hardware, is enhancing its ecosystem with integrated platforms such as Samsung VXT, which enables remote device management and content control, and the AI Studio app, allowing businesses to generate signage-ready video content from a single image.
