Eat Out Kenya has officially concluded the 2026 edition of Nairobi Restaurant Week (NRW 2026), wrapping up a successful 10-day culinary celebration that brought together more than 80 restaurants across the capital.

Held from January 22 to February 1, 2026, the festival showcased Nairobi’s diverse and evolving dining scene through specially curated menus and accessible dining experiences. The event recorded strong participation from diners and significantly boosted foot traffic to participating restaurants across the city.

Organised by Eat Out Kenya and endorsed by Magical Kenya (Kenya Tourism Board) and the Ministry of Tourism & Wildlife, NRW 2026 further cemented Nairobi’s status as a rising culinary tourism destination in Africa. The event also underscored the power of collaboration within the hospitality sector, bringing together restaurants, partners, institutions and diners with a shared goal of growing Kenya’s food and beverage industry.

“Nairobi Restaurant Week continues to demonstrate the strength and potential of our hospitality industry,” said Wendy Lorenze, General Manager at Eat Out Kenya. “Over the past year, Eat Out has worked closely with restaurant partners to improve systems and adopt world-class technology. In 2025 alone, we recorded over 1.5 million seat reservations on the platform.”
