The The Coca-Cola Company has introduced Charged, a new sparkling caffeinated beverage, offering Kenyan consumers a bold and refreshing way to power through their day.
Following its successful debut in markets such as India, Nepal, Vietnam, and South Africa, Charged now expands Coca-Cola’s beverage portfolio in Kenya, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and evolving consumer preferences.

Charged is available in two vibrant flavours—Lemon Burst and Electric Pineapple—combining crisp refreshment with an energising caffeine boost to deliver a dynamic drinking experience designed to keep consumers feeling invigorated.
“We are excited to introduce Charged to Kenya, offering consumers the fuel they need to maximise each day,” said Monique Katana, Director of Frontline Marketing, Coca-Cola Kenya.
“This launch underscores our commitment to innovation and our mission to provide a diverse range of beverages that align with the evolving tastes and lifestyles of our consumers.”
To mark the launch, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, the company’s authorised bottler in Kenya, is rolling out a nationwide activation campaign. The campaign will feature immersive consumer experiences, including music, entertainment, and product sampling, giving consumers the opportunity to experience Charged firsthand.
“Charged delivers bold new flavours designed to resonate with younger consumers, offering a refreshing way to fuel their day,” said James Bowmaker, General Manager, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in Kenya.

The product’s packaging reflects its bold and energetic identity, featuring a vibrant thunderbolt design that signals its invigorating properties and ensures strong shelf visibility.
Charged is now available across Kenya in 330ml bottles at supermarkets, convenience stores, and other retail outlets nationwide.
