Henry Shitanda, the leading Lugari parliamentary aspirant has called on residents to support his parliamentary bid, promising to spearhead transformative development initiatives across the constituency.
Speaking during a public engagement forum with residents, Shitanda assured voters that if elected, his administration would prioritize equitable distribution of development projects to ensure that all parts of the constituency benefit from government resources.
He emphasized that infrastructure development, particularly road upgrades, would be among his top priorities to enhance connectivity, ease movement of goods and people, and stimulate economic growth in the largely agricultural region.
Shitanda noted that improving the road network would help open up markets for farmers and small businesses while fostering broader economic opportunities within the constituency.
