Nairobi City County Assembly Majority Leader Peter Imwatok has condoled with the family and friends of the late Innocent Oluku, who served as the ODM Secretary in Busia County.
Imwatok described Oluku as a biddable and dependable leader who served the ODM Party with diligence and commitment.
“It is with deep sorrow that I have learnt of the passing of the former Busia county ODM Secretary General, Mr. Innocent Oluku. On behalf of my family and the ODM fraternity in Nairobi, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and the entire ODM community in Busia.He was a dedicated servant of our party and a committed champion for democracy, justice and good governance. His contribution to strengthening ODM structures at the grassroots will forever be remembered and cherished.,” he said.
Imwatok called on the ODM fraternity to support the bereaved family during this difficult moment and to remain focused on ensuring that the Party stays vibrant.
“During this difficult time, may the family find comfort in the knowledge that his life touched many and his legacy will continue to inspire us. We stand with you in prayer and solidarity.May his soul rest in eternal peace,” he added.
